Every year, Stamp participates in CreateAThon, where all employees donate 24 hours of their time and services to non-profit organizations nominated by their fans to fill their marketing needs.
One of the nominees for 2014, Family Guidance Center, was in need of a website redesign. I volunteered to redesign their website and develop it with the web team.
Website coded in ExpressionEngine with Javascript and some Bootstrap features.
From the home page, when the user hovers over the program or category image, the transparent shape will slide up or down, revealing the description of that item. Clicking each box will take the user to that page.
Under the home page feature boxes are featured events, featured news, and resources (blog posts).
On the program category pages, which are color-coordinated throughout the site (red, green and orange), the user can view the available programs for that category via the image thumbnail list. Hovering over the image brings up a color overlay with the program's brief description. Viewing the program's page (below) continues the color coordination.
